Directions

• Apply 2-3 pumps (5ml, equivalent to approximately 100mg of elemental magnesium) into the palm of your hand and massage into your lower back, behind your knees, and the tops of your feet 20 minutes before bedtime.
• You can also apply 2-3 pumps to your upper body, chest, and arms anytime during the day to assist mind relaxation.
• Amazing Oils products are recyclable in your regular household recycling. We use HDPE & PET recyclable plastic to reduce packaging waste. Please recycle your bottle after use.
