Directions

Whey Powder;

• Pre-load one scoop of ALPHA G3NETICS 100% WHEY, and when ready, mix with 300- 400ml of water, shake for 30 seconds, then consume

Creatine;

• Consume 3 – 5g of CREATINE per day mixed into water, food or your favourite beverage. It is best consumed before and after exercise. Loading is not essential unless you have an event within three weeks of starting consumption.

Amino Switch;

• Consume one serving in 500-700ml of water before, during or after exercise. Do not exceed more than one serving in 24 hours.

Pept Up;

• Take one scoop (10 grams) and mix into water 30 minutes before your workout.
