Directions
Complete Collagen;
- Add one heaping scoop (25g) or two scoops (50g), depending on your protein requirements and fitness goals, to 250ml of cold water in a shaker cup. Mix well and enjoy.
Creatine;
- Consume 3 – 5g of CREATINE per day mixed into water, food or your favourite beverage. It is best consumed before and after exercise. Loading is not essential unless you have an event within three weeks of starting consumption.
Amino Switch;
- Consume one serving in 500-700ml of water before, during or after exercise. Do not exceed more than one serving in 24 hours.
Pept-Up;
- Take one scoop (10 grams) and mix into water 30 minutes before your workout.
