Directions
Vitamin Tea:
- Brew 1 tea bag in 95-degree water for 5 minutes. Notice any dust in the tea envelope? Our beautiful fruit and herbal extracts; please tip this goodness into your cup.
Sweet Dreams Blend:
- Add 3 tsp or one heaped tbsp with 4 tbsp hot water and top with frothed milk of your choice!
Magnesium Sleep Lotion:Â
- Apply 2-3 pumps (5ml, equivalent to approximately 100mg of elemental magnesium) into the palm of your hand and massage into your lower back, behind your knees, and the tops of your feet 20 minutes before bedtime. You can also apply 2-3 pumps to your upper body, chest, and arms anytime during the day to assist in mind relaxation.
